“Mr. Shahid Ahmed Awan was born on 1st November 1971 at Sukkur Sindh. He got his early education in Sukkur city and went to Government High School Sukkur for further education. He passed his matriculation from there in the year 1987. He completed his intermediate from Government Islamia Science College Sukkur. He completed his Graduation B.Sc from Government Islamia Science College Sukkur in the year 1992. He was enrolled as a student of law at Government ABD Law College Sukkur and completed his law degree in the year 1994 and enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1996. He was enrolled as an Advocate High Court in the year 1998. He was selected as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate in year 2001 and started his journey of Judicial Service. He was promoted as Senior Civil Judge in year 2008 and as Additional District and Sessions Judge in year 2015, the position he is presently holding. During his service as a Judicial Officer he served at Ubauro District Ghotki, Matli, District Badin, Shikarpur and Karachi west as Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate. He served at Shahdadkot District Kambar Shahdadkot as a Senior Civil Judge and he served at Sanghar, Khairpur Mirs. Malir Karachi and at present Shaheed Benazir Abad as Additional District and Sessions Judge. He decided hundreds of Criminal, Civil and Family cases during above service tenure. . ”
